I can't login whatsoever.

What server address am I supposed to use? Every method of logging in so far has bought up errors, and I don't know what to do.

With most servers, you don't
With most servers, you don't need to enter the server address. Just enter your contact ID and optionally enter your password.
What I think he means is
What I think he means is that when you add a new account there is nothing in the server name drop down. I have been looking around this site and see no instructions on what server to put in there.
IE Something is missing in the instructions.

I had the same problem with a programmer-art.org server account. I had to uncheck the "Use secure connection" option under the "Connection tab before it would connect.
