Cannot edit contact's Business Card

I take it one can only edit one's own business card?

I know the leading subcontextual reads View Business Card... and not Edit Business Card... But I find that one can select each info box misleading. This makes me think that one should be able to edit these fields.

Yes, you can't edit the business card of your contacts (only the notes). The fields allow you to easily copy values. Do you have a suggestion for an alternative?
