Error: Can not connect to Jabber.org either there are server or network issues, or you misspel server name

When i try to login i get following error:

Error: Can not connect to Jabber.org either there are server or network issues, or you misspel server name

While at the same time i can connect on other computer. Internet is working.

Secondly, when i try to create a new account, there is no Server name in Server list, which does not allow me to pick any serevr. I think this is the problem. How do i get all server names in Server list when i try to create a New Account.
